Mike Soto

25-year old Bilingual (English/Spanish) versatile male singer and musician, songwriter and artist originally from Mexico, with 10+ years of performance experience in both American and Latin music. Graduated from Berklee College of Music in 2020 with a degree in Vocal Performance. Been performing professionally in the wedding and corporate business for about 3 years now, first as the lead singer of Cover Story Entertainment, one of the most in demand bands of the Greater New England area based in Boston, and now for nearly a year in Miami, with bands like Bay Kings Band, The Band Method, and The Tropics.

Extensive experience in the wedding business (including MC-ing), private events, big bands, and trios. Fluent and extremely comfortable singing anything in Spanish or within the Latin music styles. Additionally proficient playing piano and guitar, and with years of experience/training playing the drums and percussion in contemporary styles (pop/rock), jazz, and multiple Latin music styles. Also a Latin Pop artist and songwriter currently signed to Warner Chappell Music Latin.

Some highlights of my international career as a singer outside of the wedding/event industry: Being a semi-finalist in The Voice México 2021 with grammy-winning Latin/European artist Miguel Bosé as my coach. Performing on a live-streamed concert with John Legend. And singing with Bobby McFerrin’s choir in two of his last tour’s performances at the Boston Symphony Hall.
