Chad Freeman and Redline was formed in March of 2009 and quickly rose to the public eye. Within the first few years CFR performed for Nascar, Super Bowl, Fiesta Bowl, PBR and NFR Finals Las Vegas, CMA Fest Nashville and countless festivals and events. The band gained so much attention that Chad got a surprising phone call one day and within a week was signed to take over as the "Cowboy" in the iconic Village People. Chad toured the world performing in front of millions in over 15 countries as well at Times Square New Year's Eve 2019.
Post-pandemic, Chad chose to hang up his chaps and get back to his love of country music. In the two years since, he has performed over 500 shows and CFR is the only country band to be nominated for Best of the Valley two years in a row.
