JC and The PowerSon come from the epicenter of latin roots music Santiago de Cuba. We are proud to be the next generation carrying on our musical traditions. We are grately influenced by the luminaries of latin music like Compay Segundo, and Eliades Ochoa, who we had the great pleasure of working with. We also colaborated with Aime Nuviola and have provided music for film and TV. The group has been together for many years and is now based in Miami, continuing to bring Cuban son, boleros, chachachá, and the latín music repertoire, both original and favorites to a wide audience for any occasion and all celebrations.
