Services Provided
Dry N Wet reserves the right to change artists if the artist selected by a client cannot perform due to unforeseen circumstances. Installation of any required equipment will be done 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Booked artists are allowed to take breaks based on their performance details.
The client must be clear with any special instructions before booking services. Any additional request after a deposit is paid may be subject to additional cost.
Location and Time Adjustments
Dry N Wet reserves the right to fulfil time and /or location changes requested less than 24h before the performance.
The client will be responsible for any additional travel cost should Dry N Wet agree to the change of location.
Payments
Deposits are required to reserve bookings. Payment in full must be made at least one day before any artist performance.
Insurance
Clients must advise Dry N Wet on any insurance requirements before booking an artist.
If the client sends insurance requirements after booking an artist, the client will be responsible for any potential extra charges incurred.
Refunds
Dry N Wet is committed to providing the best entertainment possible. All sales are final after any entertainment is provided and deposits are non-refundable except in the case of force majeure.
